The Hong Kong government had approved a multi-billion dollar plan to create a high-speed train network in the country. ~~

The project would cost HK$53.7B or US$7B that will start by the end of the year and expected to be finished by 2016.

With the construction of the train, Hong Kong expects to have a more vibrant commercial and economic center.
